1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Chiricahua Pasture Raised Meats LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a Limited Liability Company based in Cochise, AZ. By accessing or using our website located at cprmeats.com (the “Site”) and any related services, tools, or functionalities (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms govern your relationship with Chiricahua Pasture Raised Meats LLC regarding your purchase and/or use of our pasture-raised meats, eggs, and related offerings (“Products”). By placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services / Offerings
We specialize in pasture-raised beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and eggs. Currently, we offer:

Local Delivery: We deliver to designated drop sites and flex pickup locations using our refrigerated delivery van.

Pickup Locations: We provide pickup options at private and public locations for customer convenience.

Shipping: We offer UPS Home Delivery for all pasture-raised meats (excluding milk and eggs), with orders shipping every other Tuesday and arriving within 1–2 days.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or Products at any time with or without notice.

3. Fees & Payment Terms
Prices: Product prices are listed on our Site or communicated at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery/Pickup Fees: We may charge fees for certain delivery locations; these fees will be disclosed before checkout.

Payment: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, electronic payment services, and other methods as specified on our Site. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds & Order Changes
Orders may be modified or canceled up until 8:00 AM on your order deadline day.

If a customer misses their pickup, the order is considered canceled with no refund owed. The pickup location host may use or donate the items.

Due to the perishable nature of our Products, returns are not accepted, but if you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, contact us at support@cprmeats.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.


5. No Guarantees / Disclaimers
Food Safety & Storage: We provide handling and storage recommendations (e.g., refrigeration requirements). Customers assume responsibility for proper handling and storage once the order is received.

No Medical or Dietary Advice: The information on our Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

Product Availability: Our inventory is subject to availability. We may substitute similar items if an ordered product is unavailable or we may offer a refund/store credit.

No Warranty: Our Products and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Liability Limitations & Indemnification
Limitations of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chiricahua Pasture Raised Meats LLC and its members, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Products or Services.

Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with the consumption of raw, frozen, or fresh pasture-raised meats and eggs. We are not responsible for any illness or adverse health effects resulting from improper handling, storage, or consumption.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chiricahua Pasture Raised Meats LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

7. User Accounts & Security
Account Creation: You may create an account or check out as a guest to purchase our Products. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration provider selected by us.

Forum Selection: If arbitration is not enforceable, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

We may revise or update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Third-Party Services: We may integrate or use third-party websites, payment processors, or other services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or services.

Severability & Waiver: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. A failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
