An excellent assortment of our grass-finished beef cuts at a great value. This bundle includes the following.

• 4 bone-in chuck roast
• 2 pkgs rib steaks (2 steaks per package)
• 2 pkgs T-bone steaks (2 steaks per package)
• 2 pkgs top sirloin steak (2 steaks per package)
• 1 New York strip steak
• 1 tenderloin steak
• 1 pkg of flank steak or skirt steak
• 1 half brisket (4.5 lbs Avg)
• 1 each of the following roasts: rump, sirloin tip, eye of round
• 6 pkgs short ribs
• 1 pkg neck bones
• 6 (1 lb) pkgs stew meat
• Approximately 50 (1 lb) pkgs regular ground beef
