Whole Beef Deposit
A whole beef yields approximately 400-450 pounds of meat, which would require roughly 15 cubic feet of freezer space. We sell them for $9.50 a pound. This comes out to roughly $4040 per whole beef. The pre-order deposit will be subtracted from your final price.
All the cuts are individually vacuum packed and frozen. Below is a sample breakdown of what each whole beef will include.This is only a sample, what you actually get will depend on the size of the animal as well as how you want it processed.

- 70 lbs - chuck roasts
- 17 lbs - ribeye steak
- 23 lbs - t-bone & porterhouse steak
- 13 lbs - top sirloin steak
- 3.4 lbs - New York strip steak
- 2.8 lbs - tenderloin steak
- 3.2 lbs - flank steak
- 4.4 lbs - skirt steak
- 4.8 lbs - tri tip
- 4.6 lbs - back ribs
- 17 lbs - stew meat
- 14 lbs - brisket
- 30 lbs - short ribs
- 45 lbs - top and bottom round roast
- 9 lbs - rump roast
- 13 lbs - sirloin tip roast
- 15 lbs - cross cut shanks
- 4.8 lbs - neck bones
- 14 lbs - organ meats (optional)
Once you place your pre-order we will send you an email that includes a cut sheet questionnaire. Please fill out the questionnaire as soon as possible, so that we can process the beef to your specifications.
